The HPNF A Key 2 Your Heart case has been a favorite keepsake for supporters of the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation for years!

The gift of giving, of helping someone in need and reaching out with a gift from the heart to someone very special, is the message of A Key 2 Your Heart. The 2013 edition is a uniquely decorated case of a striking purple design complimented by blue, purple and crystal hearts.

Each jeweled case comes with three keys. In most years the keys include one heart-shaped representing the gift of friendship or more, one “E” representing the promise to do an errand, and one “C” representing the promise to complete a chore. In 2013 to commemorate special anniversaries with the symbolism of the keys:

* the “20” key represents the 20^th Anniversary of NBCHPN^® and

* the “15” key represents the 15^th Anniversary of HPNF

while the heart-shaped key continues to symbolize the gift of friendship or more!

These keepsakes make wonderful gifts for a friend or loved one, colleagues, center piece for an event, or door prize for a meeting.
