Donor Circles indicate habitual and thoughtful giving by constituents to organizations. HPNF Donor Circle programs provide our passionate supporters with the opportunity to demonstrate their heartfelt conviction through a giving plan. Individuals, families and corporations join HPNF giving circles. Members of HPNF donor circles ensure program sustainability and allow future planning. Participants ensure HPNF programs of scholarships, grants and awards to nursing professionals by:
· Making a pledge gift payable over three years
· Providing ongoing, planned support to HPNF projects with the highest priority
· Guaranteeing HPNF program sustainability and allowing future planning
As a major donor, you will:
· Receive special recognition each year your pledge is active
· Customize your payment schedule and reminders for payment
· Have the opportunity to renew your pledge or commit to another when the pledge is complete
The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation Donor Circles consist of two pledge designs. Sustainer’s Circle is our 3-year pledge of $5000. Builder’s Circle is our 3-year pledge of $1000. You have a choice of a customized payment plan, ranging from monthly to annually. Email notices are provided for reminder to make payment. To summarize our Circles:
· Sustainer’s Circle
o Pledge: 3-year total of $5,000
o Payments: $139/month or $417/quarter or $1,667/year
· Builder’s Circle
o Pledge: 3-year total of $1,000
o Payments: $28/month or $84/quarter or $334/year
